Warranty Coverage

Our warranty ensures your laptop is free from functional defects related to:

  • Hardware Functionality: Display, keyboard, trackpad, webcam, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and ports.
  • Battery & Charger: Guaranteed to hold charge and perform within acceptable usage limits.
  • Performance: Processor, RAM, and storage drive tested for smooth and stable operation.
  • Operating System: Genuine and fully activated OS (where applicable).

Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty excludes the following:

  • Physical or liquid damage after delivery.
  • Accidental drops, screen cracks, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Software issues caused by user modifications, malware, or external programs.
  • Battery backup reduction due to normal wear and tear.

🎥 Important Warranty Claim Conditions

To ensure smooth and fair warranty support, please follow these essential conditions:

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement:
    • You must record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel received from us.
    • In the video, show the laptop display and turn it on (even if the video size increases).
    • This helps verify the device’s condition at delivery, as sometimes internal display damage may not be visible externally.
    • In case of transit damage, this video will serve as proof for warranty eligibility.
  2. Keep Original Packaging:
    • Every Byteback laptop is shipped with a custom air bag and protective box.
    • Please retain the original packaging until the warranty period ends.
    • In case of a warranty claim, we will expect you to pack the laptop in the same condition it was sent to you.
    • These airbags are unique and hard to find locally, so keeping them ensures safe transit and eligibility for claim pickup.
  3. Doorstep Pickup for Warranty Claims:
    • We provide doorstep pickup if any functional issue arises within the warranty period.
    • However, a video clearly showing the issue is mandatory before initiating pickup.

🔁 Replacement / Return Policy

If you face any issue covered under the warranty within 30 days of delivery, our support team will:

  1. Diagnose the problem through video verification.
  2. Offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, based on the assessment of the issue.
