A QC report on every single unit
Each laptop is tested unit-wise — screen, keyboard, battery, ports, hinges, body. The full report is on the product page, so you read the actual condition of the exact device before you pay.
Nine grades, stated plainly
A1 to A9 describes condition without marketing language. A1–A3 are certified refurbished. A4–A6 are working units with disclosed issues. A7–A9 are repair and parts stock. Nothing is hidden behind a generic 'refurbished' label.
Warranty tied to the grade
A1–A3 carry a 6-month warranty (T&C applied). A4–A6 include a 1-month grade-mismatch warranty, A7–A8 for 7 days from delivery. If the unit does not match its stated grade, that is on us.
