Warranty Policy

Certified Refurbished (A1 – A3): 6 months warranty

Units graded A1 to A3 come with a 6-month warranty covering hardware faults, subject to standard terms & conditions. Cosmetic wear consistent with the listed grade is not covered.

Value Buy (A4 – A6): 1 month grade-mismatch warranty

Units graded A4 to A6 include a 1-month grade-mismatch warranty. If the delivered unit does not match its listed grade, we will repair, replace, or refund. Issues already disclosed in the Quality Check report are not covered.

Repair & Parts (A7 – A8): grade-mismatch cover for 7 days

Units graded A7 and A8 are covered for grade mismatch within 7 days of delivery only. After 7 days no claim can be raised. These devices need repair and are intended for technicians, repair shops and parts buyers.

Spares & Salvage (A9): no warranty, no cover

Units graded A9 carry no warranty and no cover of any kind. They are sold strictly as-is, including grade mismatch, and are meant for salvage and spares only. Please read the Quality Check report carefully before ordering an A9 unit.
