Refund & Return Policy

Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product has a verified hardware defect, was damaged in transit, or does not match the description.

What's eligible

  • Dead-on-arrival or non-functional units.
  • Wrong model, configuration or specifications delivered.
  • Significant cosmetic damage not disclosed on the product page.
  • Transit damage (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video).

What's not eligible

  • Buyer's remorse / change of mind.
  • Minor cosmetic wear consistent with the disclosed grade.
  • Damage caused after delivery (drops, liquid, unauthorised repair).
  • Software/OS preference issues.

How to request a return

  1. Email info@byteback.co.in with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Attach photos/video of the defect and the original packaging.
  3. Our team responds within 24 business hours with pickup instructions.

Refund timeline

Once the returned unit is received and inspected (2–3 business days), refunds are initiated to your original payment method and reflect within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Replacement

If the same model is in stock, you can opt for a replacement instead of a refund — shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned unit.
