1. Products

All laptops sold on ByteBack are professionally refurbished business-grade devices. Each unit goes through multi-point quality checks. Cosmetic grade (A/B/C) is disclosed on every product page. Refurbished does not mean new — minor cosmetic wear is normal.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, EMI and partial COD via PayU. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability with a full refund.

3. Warranty

Every laptop carries a 12-month standard warranty covering manufacturing and hardware defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, software issues, or normal battery wear after 6 months.

6. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

7. Limitation of liability

ByteBack's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
