Coverage
We ship across India through trusted courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC and India Post for remote pincodes).
Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders. COD orders may carry a nominal handling fee shown at checkout.
Dispatch time
- Prepaid orders: dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
- COD orders: dispatched within 48 hours of address verification.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
- Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days.
- North-East, J&K, Andaman & remote pincodes: 7–10 business days.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking details via email and SMS once your order ships. You can also track it from your account or the order tracking page.
Failed delivery
If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse. We'll contact you to reschedule or refund.
